Our crew in the Plam dining room was wonderful. Nanang, Suci, and Gunawan were great. Our first evening we had slow service from the bar. From that night forward Gunawan took our drink order in addition to his other duties to ensure we had faster service. Great attention to detail. Suci was very sweet. They all had memorized our names. We had a fairly rocky boat this trip. One evening you could tell Suci was feeling a bit seassick, but she continued to do a phenominal job and kept a smile on her face. You can tell the three work well together.
