Review summary

I won’t be sailing on carnival again. Food was terrible, no AC on elevators, carpet in my cabin was stained and balcony was sandy and had someone’s clumps of hair on it. Overall not good for the money spent.

Cortney...you just give cash to those who gave good service. I stand by my comment. If I requested my cabin cleaned and they didn't do it all gratuities get removed and I give cash to those who deserve it. Perfectly fine if you don't agree. You do you and don't worry about me. 😊

Quit eating at the buffet many good food options on this ship

You sailed on one Carnival ship and trash the entire line. You gave Harmony of the Seas two sailing before trying another line, but maybe you're right stay with the line you're comfortable with, I'm sure you had no problems with Harmony of the Seas. More room for those who might not be as picky and less entitled, happy sailing and have a safe holiday.

cruisent.... remove gratuities? really? what did the dining or wait staff have to do with it? nothing!! why remove gratuities from them? when you remove them, you're removing them from everybody. plus, it's also not the stewards job to clean it

Did you just look for the negative aspects.

You should've removed the gratuities if the cabin or balcony wasn't cleaned after specifically requesting it done. I would have.
