Review summary
Overall, we enjoyed so much of what Mardi Gras had to offer. They have a lot of places to eat so there were not long wait times for food. You have to get used to the layout of the ship and how its different from traditional carnival ships. For those who are first timers on the Mardi Gras, I would recommend watching a youtube video of the ship.Embarkation

Food was great! It was difficult to make a reservation for dinner using the HUB app so we went for lunch instead.
