Review summary

They need to treat everyone the same and not be afraid of conflict. I got rudely yelled at for saving a spot for my handicapped wife in the theatre....in the handicapped seating mind you, but on deck 17 in the smoking section it was like I was in a cheech and chong movie!! nobody ever said a word to anyone openly smoking weed all day and night!!

Staff except for a few were terrible and not very personable at all. I felt like I was surrounded by robot employees who always had some snarky comments to make. Room steward did not understand me when talking to him so that was pointless.
