Our Room Stewart Erwin Was the Best!! My worst experience was with our main dining room head waiter at Table 449. We felt like he had no desire to really wait on Us. We could all be sitting at our table and he would have LONG conversations with other tables that he was NOT serving while we continued to sit there and wait. We had to start just asking for our desert to Go, I couldn't wait at the Table any longer. It wasn't til the last 2 nights that we actually received our drinks when we arrived. Then, I had a Dream Photo Session that was offered in my mailbox which I set an appointment with Rajay. Taking the photos were great but when I went back to select my photos to purchase Rajay was Not very Professional. I was downright pissed at the way he told me that I had to hurry up and make a selection cause he had to get back to work. That he needed to help other customers since it was an elegant night and he's only supposed to make sales on certain nights. So i asked him Why did he make the appointment for that night at 9:30 pm if he wasn't supposed to make any sales at that time? One, when I set an appointment you get 30 minute slots.Two, he came late to our appointment, then I asked how much were the photos from the beginning, but he came to show his video first. So, I Guess once he gave me his price sheet and I didn't chose to purchase the Book of photos and I was thinking about purchasing one of the smaller packages ($299 or $499 instead of the $899 Book) he no longer wanted to assist me!! For the Record, I have sailed many times on Carnival and have Spent thousands of dollars on photos, because I've brought so many and I've previously purchased a photo book as well. No Guest should be rushed or made to feel like you are a waste of time because you're not spending top dollar. I did let Rajay know that I didn't appreciate him being Rude and Unprofessional and that I didn't deserve being brushed off or Rushed when I made an appointment which I was barely there for 5 minutes. I have never been treated with such disrespect before!!! I would really appreciate someone from Carnival to contact Me. I'm so mad at myself for even giving him that sale. I hope he doesn't treat anyone else like that, no one deserves that!!

Areas Were Always Clean when we walked through and tables were cleared right away when people got up to leave.

Our Cabin was Always cleaned and definitely was spacious enough for the 4 of Us.

We had a Late Flight so we took our time getting off the Ship and enjoyed our last Breakfast!! It was a Breeze to disembark. We have our Passports so we were able to be scanned and got right off. No Line and No Waiting. But there were long lines for those with Birth Certificates. My suggestion is to try your best to get your Passport so you won't have to wait.
