Review summary

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the Mardi Gras. That being said be aware Carnival wants you to spend on board the ship. The first night we ordered 2 drinks and the bill was $48.00. They were double shot drinks, but that is ridiculous.

I was only in the Main Dining room because of dietary restrictions. The dining staff and cooking staff were one of the best I ever experienced. The food was good and the staff were phenomenal!

Onboard Activities

There was so much to do between events and activities, there was something for everyone. A very lively and fun ship. We tried to do the rope course, we had to turn back - too scary.

All the staff were helpful and attentive. A special shout out to the Palm Restaurant staff.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean, no problems there. I heard the lido deck was a bit of a mess. I loved the Center Theater, but some of the other venues were a little too small. I was on Deck and LOVED it, would totally do it again.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was the average size for balcony cabin. I enjoyed that we had a shower door and it was a little bigger. I really enjoyed the "patio" balcony of the Havana Club. Well worth it. "Moose" was our steward and did a great job of keeping everything clean.

Ship tip

Take advantage of all the fun the ship has to offer.

There is a lot you can do in Nassau with out doing a Carnival excursion. This visit we did a resort for a day and it was fun.
