Embarkation

Poor experience. When dropping bags, unlike with other cruise lines the porters couldn't be bothered to get up from eating snacks. Since we didn't hand our tags on yet they were extremely reluctant to bother to find tags for us. Getting into the ship after that was somewhat easier, although truly so much less efficient than lines like royal. Why wouldn't this be mostly digital? Uploading pictures could have been done prior.

Everything was beyond excellent. Other than disney no other cruise line has had food at this high of a level. We were all beyond impressed by all the choice as well as the quality of the offerings.

Onboard Activities

The pools, high ropes were all amazing and kept at a high level.

Entertainment

WOW. Can honestly say that carnival has stepped up their game in this area. Their Centre stage shows were incredible and all other options were equally terrific (with the exception of one comedian Manny).

Children's Programs

Our kids only used the circle c area. Our oldest went to the older area however she didn't want to go back as they didn't seem to have anything other than video games. Youngest adored the person running circle c.

Service and Staff

Room stewards were great. Service in dining room was good but it seemed like only one person was working as we often didn't have water refilled or bread brought to us.

Cabin / Stateroom

They obviously tried to squeeze as many cabins in this ship. Even for cruise cabins this was tiny. Our Air conditioning didn't work for 3 nights and maintenance kept telling us it was how we closed the door. We ended up just not going on the balcony which was a shame.
