Review summary

I guess the biggest thing is the staff, including the officers. Unfortunately I fell why aboard the ship, when my daughter went to report it the young man at guest services was not concerned and couldn’t care. Thank goodness I was not hurt, just bruised and sore.

My husband uses a walker, I requested an accessible cabin, they gave us what they call accessible, no electric door, door way very narrow, bathroom very small, no room for a walker.

Ship tip

Prepare yourself for rude staff and passengers. When you say good morning to a staff member and they don’t respond, not good

I just wonder why you chose a big ship if your husband uses a walker and you think an Uber was needed to get around. I would think one of the smaller ships would better suit you. I suggest a smaller ship next time and you'll enjoy it more. As for workers not responding to your good morning, I wouldn't let it ruin my day. Whenever I pass one I just give a little smile and I usually always get one back in return.
