We loved everything about the food! It was awesome being able to eat at Cuchina Del Capitano, Chibang, and Guy’s Pig and Anchor as part of our choices that didn’t cost us extra. And we always love the main dining room!

Our room steward, Nyoman, was absolutely wonderful! He brought us everything we requested and needed and was so kind and polite. Room service staff was also amazing. I realized I enjoyed drinking my multiple cups of coffee per day on my balcony and they were so prompt bringing coffee to our room when we requested. Also prompt service with food. We did Your time dining, so unfortunately I didn’t have the same servers every night. But all the ones that we had were great!
Ship Quality

Everything was clean and the ship was beautiful. We had never sailed on a ship that size before and not took us awhile to figure out where things were. The layout is certainly different than the older ships, but we like the different themed areas

We loved it! Our first time booking a suite and it spoiled us!
Ship tip
It is different than the older smaller ships. Know that when you get on board. Larger ship, more people. But the Carnival staff was, as always, superb.
We did a day pass to an all inclusive resort in Puerto Plata. The resort was wonderful, the island is beautiful. The traffic is scary! I would love to actually do an excursion in Amber Cove next time
Ours was great because of priority disembarkation. Our friends were not so fortunate. It took them 45 mins just to get an elevator and instead of disembarking by floors and announcement was made that everyone could just get off the ship. They said it was a nightmare
