We had a great time and really had very little to find wrong with the ship, food or destinations. Only disappointment would be the entertainment and activities. They have been the same for every cruise.

We had downloaded Verifly and it made the check in flawless. Once we were aloowed in we we're placed in a nice area that had plent of seating and it was indoors. We were all given our check in zone and they were pretty quick gettng us in.

There was actually too many choices and we really had a hard time making it to them all. The specailty resturants were top notch! We really did not have a bad day when it came to eating. Our only complaint was some of the resturants were only open short periods of time which made it very difficult to make if you had something planned!
Onboard Activities

The Havana pool area was samller than the other class ships so it was a little disappointing. It also did not have a jaccuzi as well. The fitness center and spa area were top notch and activities were about the same as every other cruise we have taken. You may need to shake it and look for some new ideas

This seems to be an area which is not a point of emphasis for us but the quality of the shows have gone downhill. Now, we may be a little bias since we have family in the entertainment industry.

Sam the bar tender in the Havana lounge was awesome! I was impressed that he remembered our names from the very first drink and that was not the case with everyone else. Ferra our room attendant was also awesome! She always had a smile on her face!
Ship Quality

Bathrooms were not as accessible as we have seen on other ships. The Carnival shp was very dissapointing as they cut it in half. Because of that we failed to find anything because what was out was very limited and made us feel like we were being to push to buy things from the specailty shops which were a lot more that the other ships we have been on.
Cabin / Stateroom

We have stayed in Havana before so it was exactly the same so nothing new there. The room was clean and Ferra was always at hand to help with ice or any questions we may of had.
Ship tip
It's really big and really use your app to find what and where your going!
Very well organized. We were in zone 3 and the staing area was very well maintained and the team there made sure people were not allowed to go outside of their area and made sure everyone was kept in place and in orderly fashion to help everyone to get out without a mad rush.
