It was not what I expected, there was not much organization to get out of the boat both in the islands and on the last day. The elevators were always full, the wait was long. The food was not the best.

I was expecting the food to be great like everyone said but I didn't love it.

Entertainment

The shows were very good although they did them in a very small place.
Service and Staff

At the Palm restaurant order a bottle of champagne. It took almost thirty minutes to bring it and when it arrived they left it on top of the waiters' area. When I asked if that was my bottle they gave it to me it was already hot. At the guest service they were not kind to me and they did not help me with some doubts I had.
Ship Quality

I did not like the design of the ship very much, you waste a lot of time looking for shops and restaurants since they are on several floors and very far away.
Cabin / Stateroom

For two people I found it good, the concept of closet divisions helps a lot.
Ship tip
If you don't like to be with a lot of people and wait a long time to eat, this is not the ideal boat.
Roatan has very beautiful and special places, the West en Bay beach is very beautiful. I did the excursion with a person who gives private tours on the island.
Landing was bad. We were in line for over an hour to check out there was no employee until check out. People got in line without going to the end like everyone else.
I too see a lot of people not liking the design. I personally like the fact that the restaurants are all over. It kinda spreads people out so not everyone is in one area during busy meal times. On a ship that can hold so many people, it makes it seem a little less crowded in my opinion
Thanks for the review. I have seen several complaints about the design of the ship, small venues and feeling crowded. Hopefully they will change the design on future builds.
I hated the elevators too. They were so tiny, especially for a ship that size. The Magic is a nice ship and the size is much more manageable, if you decide to give Carnival another try.
