I would recommend wearing a mask in crowded spaces. A number of passengers including 3 of 5 in our group came home and tested positive for Covid.

Very quick. We used VeriFLY. Got there at 11 and at muster drill at 11:40
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

I have been on a number of ships and I believe Carnival ships have the best food and now Mardi Gras gives you many more options.
The bars are plenty with a variety of drinks to try.
Onboard Activities

Trivia was our go to…didn’t win a ship on a stick…but fun nonetheless. Shows were decent. Problem with shows center stage is no seating. People get there for the first show really early and never leave. Comedy is als hard to get into if you don’t line up early. Deal and no deal was fun. We tried out for Family Feud but lost in semi finals.
Entertainment

We enjoyed all the music and shows. The band in Pig n Anchor was really good.

Service and Staff

I heard complaints before leaving…none of them were true. Excellent staff.
Ship Quality

Staff was always cleaning. A little slow filling soap in ladies room on occasion.
Cabin / Stateroom

There were 3 adults in the room. We were comfortable. Bathroom is small. Hit my knee on bed a couple times…walkway by the bed is narrow.
Ship tip
Take stairs as much as possible….elevators get crowded. Also beware because of the hands free bathroom and people not know how to lock them…you will walk in on those using it!
Again okay. Sand is very thin and rocks in the water. We saw a couple people fall down. The public bathrooms on beach were disgusting…had to go to Margaritaville.
Thanks for your review. I have been on two cruises since they restarted and I use my mask on the inside. The first cruise I stayed outside 95% of the time. It felt so good to be outside again. 😁
Covid is everywhere. I've just read that USA had 14% increase recently, Europe too, and Middle East (UAE) 47 %. You can get it anywhere and masks will not necessarily protect you. Common sense, good hygiene and vaccination probably will, at least will make it easier. Just my opinion.
