We enjoyed the Mardi Gras. The ship is beautiful and the staff was amazing. The food options were tasty and we enjoyed the different venues available. The entertainment was excellent. I recommend at least trying it. Everyone's experience is different!

Food and Dining

All of the food was amazing. Guy's, Shaq's, Cucina's and the main dining room were amazing and while the food was good at the buffet I found it to be a bit small and the selections limited. There were plenty of places to go get food it was just a long walk to find it. Our main server, Nengah (Ninja) and his supporting servers Juniadi and Hazel were attentive, funny and very hard working. I wish I could request them on all of my cruises.

Service and Staff

Our room stateroom attendant Windu, was amazing. We had left some items in the pockets of clothing sent to be cleaned, once contacted, Windu was able to contact laundry services and have the items located within 10 minutes of letting him know about it.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean but there were some design aspects that I wasn't a fan of. The elevators were small, so catching one was a practice in patience. There were plenty of food options but if you did not like what you were offered then going to a different venue was a hike. There were options on multiple levels and while this helped keep lines down I found myself settling for something to eat instead of getting something I really wanted because I didn't want to have to walk so far to have to get it. The actual buffet was small and the selections were limited. I prefer the buffet layout on the dream class ships much better. Everything is in a more central area.
Cabin / Stateroom

This was the first time we had a suite and we found it to be spacious. The layout of this particular cabin was nice because the bed was first with the closet in the center and the sitting area in the back by the sliding door. I prefer the sliding doors on these balconies and the balcony was a good size. However, there was no roof over the balcony. All of the upper balconies overlooked our balcony so we spent very little time out there. It was disappointing to be in a "fishbowl" with no privacy. Our Room Stewart Windu was amazing and attentive. I made a request for a fan because I sleep with one at home, and he had it to me in moments and he kept the room clean. He was wonderful. The beds on this ship were not as comfortable as I remember the beds on the Breeze being. It was very firm.
There is a lot of construction and a long pier to walk. There are a lot of locals pushing sells so if you don't have an excursion booked, be prepared. However, we found the Straw Market full of local wares and hand made items and when told "No, Thank you" we were left alone.
