amazing ship, great staff, beautiful rooms, clean, everything is new and modern! the only thing is is that the ship is SO BIG! there’s so many people and so many floors it’s so easy to get lost!!
amazing week, great entertainment! mardi gras is a very popular ship, so be prepared for long lines and lots of people - and getting lost! servers and food was decent some nights, but it was spectacular for the most part :))

they were extremely difficult, we had a 4year old who had to get covid tested, and we waited in line for hours to get it. the lady “checked us in” before security, and after we got through they said we weren’t even checked in yet, so we had to wait in more lines and finally got on the ship at 3:00 when we were supposed to be on at 12😭😭

there were lines everywhere for all the shows and comedy shows so it was so hard to get into one unless u wanted to wait outside the venue for an hour 😫😫, ropes course was good so was water park! roller coaster kinda sucked cause i booked it for the last two sea days and they both got cancelled cause of the wind :((

our room steward wasn’t super nice, and he was kinda weird when he came to our room it would be like 12-2pm and we would ask morning or night and he would always just come in a. weird time window. he also was really weird with switching out the towels even when we had them on the floor marked as dirty! the servers were decent, a few nights we got w server and it took like 30 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and we had gotten our appetizer before the drinks.

love costa maya! beautiful water, lots of fun options for free or for less than $20 without even booking an excursion. they have a free pool with a swim up bar open to anyone! along with shopping, restaurants, gelato, and w beautiful bird exhibit with fun bridges above the whole shopping/pool center.
