Great cruise! Internet and buffet were horrible but everything else was awesome

Quick but we had a suite. We were on the ship by 11:30. I filled out the whole VeriFLY app and because we were there at 10:30 am they said they didn’t use it until 11 am! Not sure why that happened but I had paper copies of everything.

The buffet was the worst we have had on any cruise. It was the most limited only a couple tables open for 5000 plus people. We usually eat at the buffet multiple times on a cruise and we literally did not eat once!
The free dining options were really great. I think we are at almost every option. Carnival is ahead of the game when it comes to free restaurants. They had a virtual cue you could use to get a spot. Very cool. Food was good not amazing but good.
Onboard Activities

Carnival excels at this always something to do! There is a reason it is called the fun ships!
Entertainment

So many shows with the atrium as a stage plus the actual theater so many options. The musicians were awesome
Children's Programs

With covid they are very understaffed. There were only 2 counselors for the 12-14 yo group and the kids were out of control. My son chose not to go after a couple nights
Service and Staff

Staff was awesome I could tell they had way to many people for the amount of staff they had. I think they only had enough staff for the limited amount of people they could have onboard but they added a bunch more people without the staff to cover. One person had like 15 tables at a time so they were rushing to get everyone their food so the personal relationships that we normally build with staff did not happen.

The regular balconies are so small. We were offered to upgrade for $600 and we took it and it was so worth every penny. The ocean suites are big. The bathroom was awesome and shower is bigger. There was huge amounts of closet space
We booked with Victor Bodden. It was $30 per person to have a driver all day. We had Cardi and he was awesome. We did the Sloth, Monkey Sanctuary and that was a highlight. He gave us a tour of this beautiful island. This was our favorite stop. We went to Fosters to the beach it was nice a lot of venders.
