Great fun! Staff was great! Issues with embark and debark
Embarkation
3 out of 5
9 year old granddaughter was up-to-date on vaccines so tested 3 days prior. They disallowed it and required she be tested in the terminal. Finally found their website showing she met their requirements but not before she was swabbed. They apologized, waived the fee, she was negative (of course) and we boarded but delayed us 30 minutes.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
They are understaffed so difficult to get a drink. Very few walking around to buy drinks from. Food was good, good selection. Nothing bad but nothing amazing.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
2 venues that are both smaller so difficult to get seating. Had to be to comedy locations an hour in advance to get a seat. The quality of the entertainment was really good!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Wow! Amazing amount of room but it is a front corner with wrap around balcony. Got a last minute upgrade but still a bit spendy. The sectional couch expanded to a HUGE bed. Could have easily held 3 adults or 4 kids!
Ship tip
Book your debarkation transportation before you embark and doing it with Carnival Transport is a good idea!
