Stunning ship, wonderful balcony room, a plethora of dining choices with just a few tweaks needed but unfortunately a huge issue with the debarkation process.
Embarkation

This experience went quite smoothly. A tad more signage would be helpful but there was never a lack of friendly embarkation staff to point the way. for

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We have never seen so many dining choices. The food was excellent and for the most part, the service was wonderful with one notable exception. We experienced a service issue for the Guy's Pig and Anchor at dinner. We were "blessed" with the same server both seatings and were greeted with slow service, wrong order fullfillment and an overall lack of attention.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
This ship will keep you busy, if that is what you desire. Activities include the typical cruise fare such as bingo, trivia, etc.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The Center Stage productions were our favorites and especially for me. I struggle through long productions and these were short and power packed.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
No issues whatsoever with the service on this ship except the 2 dinner seatings mentioned above.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Excellent as usual.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We were truly awed by the cabin. While the bathroom was more streamlined (read smaller), it had a larger shower with a shower door! The sliding balcony door was also a welcome change giving a better view and no slamming of the door you find on other ships. While we have heard numerous complaints about storage, we did not find that true. We had plenty of storage and it was all laid out beautifully.
Ship tip
It's an extremely large ship so if there is a particular entertainment production you would like to enjoy, get there early. We had more than 5100 guests on board.
This was the low point of the cruise. The staff seemed ill prepared and appeared to have lost control of the process causing long waits and lines. with little to no communication. A huge amount of improvement needed here.
