Review summary

The ship is beautiful and unique. I would always book shore excursions thru the cruise line. Our excursions booked through were a hike to get to and the one that was canceled due to inclement weather took a few calls to resolve and still waiting on refund. Those who booked with carnival were refunded that very same day.

We did not like the ramp entrance and it was very crowded.

We never went to the main dining room, but Chibang, So Capitano, burger/chicken venues, Sushi bar and The Pig & Anchor were fabulous.

Very different layout.

Forward cabin, nice large balcony but the railing was metal. Couldn't see the ocean without standing, but it was very private.

Ship tip

Book a departure that is as late as possible to avoid crowds.
