Review summary

Best cruise yet. I am officially spoiled, when I go again on another ship I'm fearful I will find it lacking. LOL

Embarkation

5 out of 5
quick and easy, viewed safety vid on Hub while waiting to board. Directed to our muster station 5 minutes showing us how to don our vests and we were done!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Third time on this ship and still haven't experienced all the restaurants offered

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
with a second stage available we were able to catch shows everyday. As always arrive early to get a good seat. It was chilly but folks were in the pools and hot tubs, there are so many crowding was not a problem.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Chris Williams the CD is a show in himself and very talented. Two groups of playlist entertainers plus magicians and aerialists . there is always trivia but many other 'fun' games offered throughout the day. Comedians start shows at 530p so entertainment is abundant.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As with all carnival ships, we found all staff very accommodating

Ship Quality

Love the new layout, but this ship is big!! Prepare to do some walking!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
this trip we tried an interior. It was fine as we separate our beds, those who preferred to keep beds together felt not enough room between bed and walls I was told. I had been in balconies on prior trips. If separating beds I would recommend a room that has couch first then bed on distal end of cabin against exterior wall, If the configuration is bed then couch, when separated its a bit cramped between end of bed and vanity.

Ship tip

There is no comparing this vessel with others. Only complaints I heard were too big, too much entertainment to choose from, too many restaurants to decide where to eat, You can not do it all in one sailing!! tainment to choose from, too many restaurants to choose from. If your a smoker smoking sections on mid ship on 8 and aft on 17. So if you have a forward cabin

Disembarkation

Basically just walked off ship after having breakfast. Even had a LINE of porters waiting to take our stuff to parking garage! For those choosing later disembark finding a porter is sometimes a concern.
