Review summary

This cruise was our platinum cruise and it lived up to the hype. The Mardi Gras is an amazing ship with so many options for activities, entertainment and food that 7 days will only give you a peek into what all there is to do. I will definitely sail her again.

The crowd was extremely large for our reserved embarkation time but everything went smoothly. A long line that moved quickly.

There are so many options for food that you can eat from a new spot everyday of your cruise and still not eat from everyone of the restaurants before your cruise ends. We did a seven day cruise and never made it to the main dining hall. And for me, the Big Chicken was outstanding. There are options for everyone.

The service all over the ship was amazing. Nothing but smiling faces and pleasant people.

I loved the design of this ship. It was spacious and easy to navigate.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was nice but noticeable smaller then cabins on other ships. We had an interior cabin so l wasn't expecting a lot of room but all in all it was fine. I enjoyed the new showers but need a little more space for the bathrooms.
