Review summary

Went on an Ultra cruise. Could not find any openings to play in the casino for hours. Casino staff suggested we get there at least an hour early before opening to get a spot.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Too much "fast food" items. Buffet was small. With few choices. Dining room overcrowded. Sent to different dining room three nights Some specialty dining was now free due to overcrowding.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was very clean. The design of the ship had twists and turns. Lots of stairways and ramps. Common areas very clean. Even though we sailed at reduced capacity it felt crowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Door to cove balcony heavy. Bathroom was extremely tight.

Ports of call

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

Some specialty dining is free because it is Mardi Gras Inaugural sailing year. Not because of crowds.

Amber Cove is really nice. Nassau has so many fine people there. We love buying from the vendors that feed their families. We bring extra money to do just that, as we are blessed enough to be able to cruise.
