Finally on the Mardi Gras after months of unavoidable delays. Great job on the new ship except for the spa, WHY did you relocate it to a windowless enclosure (thermal suites) and add in this type of pool with them?

The musical talent on this cruise was disappointing compared to our previous cruises. The exceptions to this was Chris the cruise director, man he can sing, along with the New Gen Electric Violin trio, they were awesome.
The comedians on the cruise were awesome.

Our room steward, Thana, was second to none. Her personality and service sets the standard. We would love to have her on all of our cruises.

The ship was very clean as expected on it’s 2nd cruise. We sailed at only about 60% capacity so we never had a problem with a wait anywhere. We typically book a SPA deck balcony room since we really enjoy the Cloud 9 and Serenity deck area. The Serenity deck is much larger than the Dream, Breeze, Magic and Horizon, loved it. We were very disappointed in the Cloud 9 Spa. They have moved it down to a low deck and the Thermal Suites make you feel like you are in a cave, no windows. The therapy pool was very disappointing, very limited jets on only one end. This was basically nothing more than an oversized warm bathtub. No more spa rooms for us on this ship, not worth it.
Ship tip
Enjoy yourself, beautiful ship but skip the extra for a Spa Deck room on this ship. We spoke with many cruisers on our deck, 17, that felt the same way.
