NEEDED A WHEELCHAIR TO GET ON AND OFF DUE TO LONG WALKING ISSUES....STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. ALL STAFF ON CRUISE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY. DID NOT LIKE THE SET UP OF THE CASINO.....TO CROWDED!!! NOT A VERY GOOD LAY OUT.

The person who took care of my cabin was very friendly...He always remembered my name and would open my door when he knew I was having a pain management issue. The dinner staff were so attentive to my grandchildren.....always smiling and happy!!!!!

I HAVE ISSUES WITH HEAT AND FOR SOME REASON THE HEAT IN COZUMEL GETS ME EVERYTIME....... BUT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PORT AND I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

You mentioned that the heat in Cozumel gets to you, you should try cruising in mid to late winter. I don’t like excessive heat, so my friend and I always cruise in January or February. A bonus is we get out of the cold nasty Indiana weather lol. You are right though, it is a beautiful place to visit and worth putting up with a little heat.
