Review summary

I would cruise on the Majesty again in a heartbeat! Well, maybe not in August with 90+ degree temperatures and high humidity. Maybe come March!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and easy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Yes, it is an older, smaller ship, but it is well taken care of by it's friendly and attentive staff!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Because it is a smaller ship, there are fewer activity options than if you were on a larger ship. No complaints.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Because the Majesty is a smaller ship, the stage is smaller and the shows are "smaller" in production. Again, no complaints, just not as grand and the bigger stage shows on the larger ships.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service and staff is top notch! They are attentive and friendly.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The layout is different than some of the other RC ships so it takes a bit of getting used to. Nothing bad, just different. I had my bearings by day 2.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The Spacious Ocean View Cabin 9032 was clean and well kept and comfortable. I am used to balcony cabins, so this was a different experience for me. I cruised this time with a friend instead of my husband. The rates were so low that we were each able to get our own cabin. I had plenty of space!

Ship tip

If you are used to the larger mega ships with the most current updates, the Majesty is not that. It is a smaller ship with smaller amenities (not worn out and totally dated since it's refurbishment in 2018). That is not necessarily a negative thing, just something different from what you may be used to. The more I cruise, the more I enjoy each ship for it's own individuality!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Ft Lauderdale is easy to fly into and the airport is very close to the port. It's very convenient!

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Key West is a fun port. I love the historical value. The architecture and overall appearance is beautiful, and there are a good number of things to do in Key West.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
I've been to Nassau a number of times. Unless I'm missing something, it's just not my favorite port...

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
The disembarkation was comparatively fast and easy, with a short Uber ride to the airport!
