Review summary

The cruise was great. Cuba was a great experience and the Bahamas was great also. I was turned off by the way royal Caribbean handled certain things and this will most likely be my last time cruising with royal.

The food was good and the drinks were good depending on what bartender made the drinks.

Onboard Activities

I did bingo on the boat. I was overcharged and when I noticed I told the rep and she told me to go to customer service because she couldn’t do anything about it. When u went to customer service they said they will look into it. After “looking into it” their decision was that they did not overcharge me and they were not going to reimburse me.

Entertainment

The stage shows were good and the Dj was good also. The Love and marriage game show was fun.

Children's Programs

I went with my 7 yr old and 11 yr old and they did not want any parts of the kids clubs. They have an arcade that’s nice but very pricey. Each game is about $2 a game.

Most of the staff was friendly and courteous.

The ships layout was nice and the common areas were always clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was small but a good size. My shower overflowed a few times and the toilet was acting up at times.

HAVANA, CUBA

Cuba was great. Do not book an excursion with the cruise line. You will save a few hundred dollars booking something off the boat.

I went to Atlantis. Again do not book anything with the cruise line. You will get a better deal off the boat.

Disembarkation

This was my 4th cruise and this was the fastest disembarkation that I experienced.
