Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Great waiters at table 381: Beslee and Charles. Went above and beyond! Didn’t have my reisling first night but did after that. Great service! Problem: no wine packages available (like on my last RC cruise). I didn’t want liquor or soft drinks. I wanted wine
Onboard Activities

didn't Use any of these. Pool TOO crowded, too many running kids. Would like a pool for adults only
Entertainment

Shows were great, performers very talented. Would have liked more of these shows
Service and Staff

Jolly Jill was great. Kept our room so clean. Waiters in dining room were GREAT. Our waiters for table 381, Beslee and Charles went above and beyond. My wine wasn’t available first night but they obtained it after that night. They always took great care of our table, were friendly and nice.

Yes, clean. Someone came right away to clean table in Schooner bar when we were there.

Desperately needs more plugs. We had too many things that needed a plug. Only one available was by the mirror/ bathroom. Had to ask Jolly Jill to bring us extension cords for our CPACs. Rods were across floor on way to bathroom, kind of a hazard.
Loved it but not enough time to do all I wanted to do.
Excursions: Taste of Cuba- fun but rushed
Legendarios del Guajirito- LOVED the show, “snack” was weird bc it’s food most Americans don’t eat, drink was good, though.
Easy except for getting our liquor. Two bottles were missing from our big box. We trusted they were all in it. Calling to get it or be reimbursed took 4 calls!! Haven’t seen it on credit card statement yet but hope to soon.
