The ship is getting old.

Cabin / Stateroom

Smallest cabin we have ever had, no night table, no access to the bed on both sides, for 5 days it was bearable but not for a longer cruise. Very quiet. Bare amenities.

Ship tip

Good for a short cruise.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Highlight of the cruise. You have to leave the port, even though it's a very nice compound (pool, shopping, lots of restaurants, activities, dolphins etc). and walk out of the port to take a taxi or walk (45 minute easy walk) to the quaint village of Mahahual where you can find beaches, umbrellas, lounge chairs, restaurants and shops.

Disembarkation

We chose self assisted and it went very well.
