Review summary

It is a smaller older ship but RCCL takes great care of their ships. This was our first cruise in a junior suite. The only cabins on Majesty with balcony's are Junior suite and above. We had a great time on Cococay. It is a nice island. I hope they don't ruin the secluded feeling with the new upgrades on the island.

@DJnTJ We feel they are destroying the secluded feeling with all the plans for the island. We do agree it does need the pier so ships can Dock. We first went to Cococay in Feb 2012...It was very nice. Quite and peaceful..They even had a bunch of wild chickens šŸ“ running all over the place. We went back last year and couldnā€™t believe how much it had changedšŸ˜” @CruisingKyla We had a Jr Suite on the Majesty and it was ok...Not as nice as Jr Suites on the Oasis Class ships. But as TheSnoMan said, there is no balcony rooms unless your book a suite.

@CruisingKyla - There is no direct comparison in that Majesty has no balcony rooms. They are junior suites or suites on that ship. Generally though suites are at very top of ship cabin area while balconies can be lower and offer a closer view of sea and ports. Also if you are sensitive to motion do not book a room up front on top decks.

We are considering a jr suite, currently have a balcony. Did the jr. suite feel like a suite or a balcony?
