Review summary

The ship is old and very small. The staff is hap-hazard but friendly. Royal Caribbean changed the ship we booked on to this one and my much better (more expensive!) cabin went away. Add that the the fact that I would NEVER, EVER recommend to anyone as they don’t have ea. Lue what customer service is. BUT, Cuba was delightful. I’d go back on another cruise line.

It’s old and the tools are tiny! Don’t expect much. The staff was constantly apologizing for the ship. SAD!

We were on the Same Cruise. My review was not much different. I loved the Oasis Class Ship!

She is modeled after old ocean liners and at 76000 ton she is smaller but not very small. She feels like a ship with hull side of ship going up to deck 7 and not a barge with rooms stacked 9 or 10 decks high and hull only extending up to deck 4 or 5 that cannot handle heavy seas and high winds well. I have no desire to cruise a oasis class ship
