Review summary

The entire time our ac/ heater did not function properly and our room smelled horrible as though we had a sewage back up in our room. Then our toilet stopped flushing. I went and spoke to someone in guest services and they did not acknowledge my first and horrible experience with Royal Carribean. The chairs on the balcony were not wide enough and were very uncomfortable. The I could not believe I wasted my money on a sewer balcony dump!

I went to the casino and the pool deck. The movies that were playing were going in and out on the surround sound speakers. The casino was smoky with only one roulette table open while I was there.

The guy at the bar took my sea pass card for payment and my money. We did not know on that island we were not suppose to pay with cash. Rip off!

Older ship. We were on it when it was new over 20 years ago. Too bad they’re letting her get so bad. Sorry you had a bad trip
