Will probably. Not go back to Royal C. Nothing in general was super bad. I just felt lots of little things kept making my husband and I shake our heads. Twice on Carnival one smaller ship and on larger ship. Both times had an unforgetable great experience could not rave enough. We were taken care of like royalty. Here not so much.
Embarkation

Lines were minimal. Quick on board experience.

Food and Dining

Windjammer ok. Grounds in coffee from the servers. Bow dining area very warm, uncomfortable. Over 4 minutes to have the gal send an English muffin through the toaster. Main dining room in evening very good service especially Marina and Arthur they was sweet and informative and aimed to please. Some portions of same meals varied considerably. Not servers fault. Also found whole bay leave and stem in lasagna. But my son loved the salmon.
Onboard Activities

Did a spa treatment that was fantastic by April but a little confusing because I won a gift card on day 1. It was a little troublesome for them to figure out how to apply it to my account. Got it worked out. Singer in the Schooner bar needs improvement. Trivia was silly and fun. Bingo super expensive skipped it. Do the the Quest game if you dare. No kids allowed. Super fun if you like truth or dare.

Service and Staff

Marina and Arther in Main dining room excellent. Steward would not get us ice told hubby he didn't get into that and to call room service. He was pleasant and took care of our room just fine but the ice thing on day 1 threw me off.
Ship Quality

Clean and never noticed any stinky smells other people have complained about we stayed in cabin 2622. Small but ok. Pretty quiet area of ship. Except for the station in Main dining room always cluttered with dirty dishes and glasses. Should have had staff busing the tables constantly to assist the wait staff with the quick turnover of my time dining. No one wants to look at others dirty plates while eating. Liked size of ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Beds really hard. Looked out porthole only once and saw how dirty underside of curtains were. Ewww. Bathroom smelled nice day 1 and 2 then just ok. Saw staff cleaning vacuuming and steam cleaning carpets daily. Seemed a bit smaller than 2 Carnival ships I have cruised in the past.
Ship tip
Check your folio for errors daily. Ladies room near pool has one toilet that doesn't flush consistently. Casino Bar very slow service. Entire ship felt grossly understaffed.
Walked on our own through the shops. Got a taxi to bring my party of 7 to Baha Mar casino then called him to pick us up. Brown's taxi #410 Lamarque was very informative during our 20 min. Drive. Very nice guy. We told him we would share....
Was super excited for this port. We rented a Cabanna the snorkel gear was on the complete opposite side of island. When my son asked, someone brought him by golf cart then left him to hike back. Bars although included in your purchased liquor package didn't open until after 11 am and closed by 1:30 because our day was shortened only till 3:30 due to rough waters. And the tinder ride back was quite a scary experience. Extreme waves and rough. Bouncing seas. A 5 min white knuckle hold the stranger next to you ride back to the ship.
People lined up on stairways in hallways blocking elevators. We chose to self carry our luggage. Probably should have waited a little later like 9 am to be sure Port authority approved a green light to open doors.
