Review summary

Our dining staff Carmen and Raymond were incredible!!! The chef who taught the sushi rolling class was amazing, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about the history.

my room was not what I had asked for. I am paralyzed patron in need of handicap room, and I could barely get my wheelchair in the room, every time I would go in and out I managed to ruin the arms of the chair. Elmer our floor staff was nice, always on top of our room and willing to help out when needed.

the shows were okay, the last night show was sadly boring and awful wigs and costumes. The wedding trivia was very fun to watch.

Elmer our room attendant awesome, some of the other staff not as nice or accommodating. There was two customer service staff, they were amazing to get my phone back from Coco Cay!!!!

I know it's an old ship but the elevator for people who need assistance and can't walk down steps have a very difficult time getting on and off!!! It would be nice if only accessible challenged passengers had a special app on their room card to get access to an elevator no one else can use!!!

Besides leaving my phone, the island and BBQ was awesome! The glass bottom boat is definitely worth it!! Find the guy who etches designs on bottles a great one of a kind gift!!!!
