Review Summary

Table seating was incorrect. Stateroom did not have safe. They finally put one in after several calls and a visit to guest relations. Movie was scheduled for 2:00 in the afternoon. People were waiting and no one was there. We were told theater was double booked and was being used for rehearsal. Movie started 20 minutes late and stage lights were left on. We had to call to ask them to turn stage lights off.

Our stateroom carpet had stains on it (looked like blood to us). They did clean it promptly. Sauna area did not have towels and we were told that keys were not available for lockers. Cruise left late because of maintenance. Private island port stop was cancelled because of high seas so we only visited one port. On our final bill we were charged for minibar charge that we didn't make. We did not even have a minibar in our room. Overall the worst cruise we have been on.

From what we read after returning looks like this port of often skipped because of high seas. Cruise line should have a back up or compensate guests in some way if port is missed.
