Review summary

While the ship was okay and the service from most of the staff was excellent we had a huge issue with out stateroom. Our bathroom flooded every day and nothing was ever done to fix it up until the water spilled over into the rug on the second to last day. We encountered a customer service rep with a lot of attitude who was not very willing to change our stateroom even though the stench from the wet carpet was unbearable. Overall the cruise was fine but the experience with our stateroom tainted the good things on the cruise.
