I'm on the Majestic on 20/11/22. On my previous cruise (I got off the Majestic on 20/10/22), I asked a bartender at the Fountain Pool Bar, and he told me that there was other drinks packages available on embarkation day only. It looks like Princess is trying to push people to the more expensive packages.

The soda/ coffee packages can only be bought on board. The package inclusions are all explained on the website. Despite what another person has inferred it’s not some sort of conspiracy to get you to buy more, in Australia even pre covid you could only by them on board… just go to any of the bars and they’ll hook you up and have it added to your account via your medallion

I've confirmed with my princess person that the softdrink and coffee packs are available on the first day of the cruise

if you have a Princess Plus fare the premium drink package is included. We're on Majestic as we speak and we didn't see any drink package upsells at all. Doesn't mean they're not available of course, but it seems most passengers have Princess Plus.
