i'll see you on board 😊great question i'll keep an eye on the answers too... i have heard that they only post out in USA everywhere else seems to be pick up when you are boarding.Have you been on Majestic before?? It's a beautiful ship 🛳

Congrats on your future cruise! The medallions are usually received 10-14 days before your cruise.

I believe Princess are only mailing medallions to US residents at this time, everyone else picks up theirs at the port on day of departure. You can download the Princess Medallion app and start the process now. I’ll be on the Majestic for the Christmas cruise and return to Sydney on January 3. Enjoy your cruise.

We were on the Majestic in May. Even though we are US, we decided to pick them up at the port. I think it was the right decision - one less thing for us to worry about. We booked another cruise on board and chose to pick them up at the port for our upcoming November cruise.

We live in Canada, and they are not shipped to us, we pick them up when we check in at the port…..so, depending where you live, that might be how it works for you too.

In the app it's part of the check-in procedure. You get to pick the way you want to carry it on you, you can get it customized, and extras are offered at the time. There was an issue with ours and a week before we still didn't receive them so CS told us that they would be at the port and we would get them there at check-in for embarkation.

This will be our 4th Medallion cruise and we always have them sent to us. You will receive them appropriately 10 days before the cruise. Have never gotten them any later than that. We prefer this method so it’s one less thing to deal with while boarding. Be sure to order them on the Medallion app if this is how you want to receive them!!

you can also have the medallion sent out to you if you prefer or as some one has said at the port

if you're in Australia you don't get the option to send to your hone address, just pick up. we got ours on check in at Port.

You order the Medallions on the app and they will be mailed to you about 10 days out from your departure date.
