Majestic Princess Cruise Reviews - Q&A

4.4
Cruising on majestic princess this November from Sydney Australia and it’s the first time for us with the medallion. So finding it a little different than before as we used a cruise card, information needed a little daunting. Can someone give some advice?

If you don't want to use the app to enter your information, you can use the web version. Log into your Princess account on your computer, select your booking. On "Summary" screen, under Google Play and Apple App Store logos, will be a link to the web version. Much easier to enter info this way. If you wish to make dining reservations, for either main or speciality restaurants, you will need to use the app.

I first used the Princess Medalian ap several months ago on the Ruby. I couldn't get it to work prior to the cruise. On the ship I got assistance from tech people but it did not work until day 6 of a 7 day cruise. I've used it on 2 cruises since then & it works fine now. Good luck!

Read the information on the Princess website and take a peak at you tube videos. You do need to fill out lots of information on the app pre cruise. The information is retained there for future cruises. Staff will help you get set up on the ship if you need help. There is also information on the stateroom tv. Once you get the hang of it…it has some great features….chatting with shipmates on board, locating shipmates, requesting things from the crew, ordering food and beverages anywhere you are and having them delivered …. We really enjoyed it. Some glitches, but overall really great. Of course it opens your stateroom as you approach as well.
