Improved since our last trip. Terminal was well organized and the scheduling of arrival time cut down on congestion.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Dining room staff was superb! Using My Time is the way to go. The Windjammer staff was also excellent and friendly. We felt the drink packages were too pricey for our use.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pool, Hot Tub, miniature golf. Just enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the music.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were incredible! Very talented musicians. I just wish the shows lasted a little bit longer.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward, Leonato Rodrigues was great and very helpful. Always friendly and smiling. Good conversationalist. Our dining room servants Gusti and Tri attended to our every need and we enjoyed hearing about their family and home life.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was very clean and it was obvious that the staff was very committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Cabin / Stateroom

We upgraded to a Junior suite this time and it was a beautiful room. It was nice to have the bigger bathroom and we will most likely stay in a similar room next time. Very clean and spacious.

Ship tip

My Time dining is a MUST!

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

Parking was exceptionally expensive when added to our bill. We parked in the parking deck and would have appreciated a more reasonable alternative. It should not be that expensive!!!! We drove up from Virginia and did not have a choice in having to park at the dock.

Boston, Massachusetts

4 out of 5
A little too far to walk to points of interest. Should have more transportation options at a lower cost. Could have used more time in port due to the distance to points of interest.

Portland, Maine

Sydney, Nova Scotia

Well organized

Halifax, Nova Scotia

Well Organized and easy on and off. We did the Hop on and Hop off. We could have used more time in port. It would have been nice if we could have stayed until the early evening such as 6:00 or 7:00 P.M.

Saint John, New Brunswick

Disembarkation

We chose to walk off with our bags and it was a seamless transition to home. We had a six hour drive ahead of us and it was nice to be able to exit ourselves without having to wait for our bags. Very good process in place.
