Review summary

We did a back to back. 3 day then the 4 day. Really wish it had been on a different ship.

Deck 4 dining room has a bad window seal that I sat by. It’s very rusty and the temporary fix just made it worse. Not very appetizing!

Like all Royal Caribbean ships there is plenty to do.

Saturday Night Fever was not appropriate for families and the actors weren’t well cast.

Room Service was very poor. They didn’t have cream for the coffee and the pot arrived cold.

Sorry for your experience. The Voyager class ships are the older class, but I always loved the Promenade.

Was on Vision in November and the ship experience was nice. We new the ship was older but the excellent friendly crew did everything to keep her appealing. Didn't meet one bad crew member. Some people just can't be happy no matter what. Going back on Vision in February. Can't wait.

That’s too bad. We really enjoyed our October cruise on her. Hopefully you will give Royal another chance. They are usually pretty great overall.

So sad that you let little things ruin your cruuse experience. I dont understand why people look for all these little petty spots on a ship, and then base the cruise on it. When I cruise, I know the ships have these cosmetic issues, since the ships are in harsh environments along with people who show little respect while on board, but I don't make a big deal about it and say the cruise could have been better, but there was rust in the corner of the window.

We took that ship in August maybe something's were not good like you said it needs to be refurbished but who knows when they're going to do it my cabin was nice except the chair was ripped on the bottom which I noticed so obviously they're not doing a dry dock as of yet.
