Review summary

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. I think next time we would choose a smaller cruise. We constantly used the stairs because elevators were packed. People had no regard for elderly passengers. We observed elderly gentleman on elevator having people jam in all around him almost sitting on his handlebars, another elderly lady said she constantly had people step on her feet

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Overall excellent service. Except for the bartenders…we had the soda package…we had to go to 5 bars to finally get the reusable tumblers and then every time you wanted to fill it up you had to go to the bar….the bartenders seemed annoyed to fill up because no tip was involved in it….kids should not be asking for refills at a bar…not an area they should be going into

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean, just needs to be updated

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

If you are older and need assistance with a walker, it may not be the cruise for you. Difficult to navigate the crowds

I agree with kef2016 ,we’ve been on 10 cruises and the elevators are always busy. Some you can find shortcuts. When we were on the Allure coming out of the main theatre, we would cut through the casino and use those elevators. Not busy there at all.

Thanks for sharing your cruise experience and ship tip. Looks like you had a nice cruise. Unfortunately, I’ve witnessed people crowding into elevators on all my cruises from Brilliance up to Symphony. This size of the ship doesn’t seem to matter. It’s sad that people doing this have no regard for others! The only time I haven’t seen this happen is when the ships were sailing at lower capacity after the Covid restart.
