Review summary

The RCCL APP information was faulty on quite a few items. They want you to use APP, but schedules, events, and reliability are flawed--more than acceptable occassions events and places. Staff and ship---WONDERFUL otherwise. Local directional signage is very inconsistent when leaving Route 78. If you must park ouside of deck, be careful walking---much loose gravel.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Was kind of typical. Employee could have been more specific in the chaotic environment of where we should proceed and explain why we do not get keys where picture was taken

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All dining areas very clean and orderly, til customers make it not so nice. Staff kept up with this well.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We no not value these activities

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Ice skating, juggler and Cirque show -absolutely phenomenal!!!!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They are all on a group pride mission to make our experience terrific. Thank them !!!!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Well maintained. Amazing---even non filmed glass--it was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were pleased with overall cabin realties. Surprised by the comfortable size pf the balcony

Ship tip

Do not take extension cords. They hold til disembarkation. They do replace with theirs. But not multiple outlet ones. I disagree the item return point is outside RCCL 'turf' and there is no goin back in if issues. return area should be on RCCL side of passort control not out let ones.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

3 out of 5
Inconsistent road directional signage. For $30 per day parking everyone should be in a deck. We were outside on luggage wheel destroying stones.

Halifax, Nova Scotia

5 out of 5
Great friendly helpful people--at the port. On streets when seeking directions. Just a feel good town !!!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Except for above noted item replacement area being off RCCL turf and outside in non returnable area. You're 'dumped', if any issues.

Glad you enjoyed it. We will be on the Liberty in August and this will be our fourth Royal Caribbean Cruise as I write. The last Royal Caribbean cruise we took was on the Serenade in 2019.
