1960cruiser,, I love your comment you are so true, you hit the nail on the head. I've been on 48 cruises and I have 10 cruises lined up between now(may2023) and December 2023 and as of now I've never had a complaint I guess I don't sweat the small stuff and I make the best of every one of my cruise..

Every ship is different every step is different and with that I appreciate the time that I have my husband we've been married over 34 years and I am so grateful that I get to go on every vacation with him whether it's a land or a cruise

I've cruised on Liberty of the Seas, and had a great time and ship was kept up really well for her age. I'm not sure where you get your statement that it's the same food every day which simply us not true. I will agree there is the usual options that are there every day, ie hamburger, hot dogs, ect, but the mains change every day. The buffets are always crowed, but are manageable, but you havevto expect this......it's a buffet......what makes it difficult is the people who dilly dally while spooning up their food, totally disregarding the fact there is 10-15 people waiting. All you petty complaints are cruise issues with 2000-5000 people doing tge same thing at the same time, so if these issues cause you to be a complainer, then cruising may not be for you. I acknowledge some of the petty complaints people post on this app and they try to convey that it ruined their cruise, when in fact they are they ones who ruined their cruise by complaining about everything and nit enjoying the cruise.

A lot of people are so unhappy but I tell you one thing these crew members work 100% hard. They're on a ship 24/7 but very little time off serving us and yes sometimes you don't see a smile but at least say hello to them and they will say hello back and in the morning they do say hello and whatever I see them they say hello. It's not all about the hellos it's about enjoying yourself and having a wonderful day vacation. And I've Cruise a lot and I'm sure like anyone else.

We took princess in 2013 and it was too laid back for us there was not much going on and with that we just wanted to try it. We took Royal Caribbean three times and the fourth now as I write will be on Liberty of the Seas and I will see for myself. Yes, people talk about their experience but people also say you have to try it for yourself.
