Overall, this vacation was excellent. It was disappointing that we did not get to go to our ports we were scheduled to go to. Since we had to go to Haiti, we had two days at sea instead of one and I really missed doing the excursions we had planned and didn't like having two days at sea, but the weather cannot be helped! I was very pleased with how quickly we were rerouted to make sure we were safe and had good weather. Great job on that Royal Caribbean!

We have been on other cruise lines and embarkment took a long time. Royal Caribbean had it down to a science. It was quick and easy.

Flowrider and the water slides were a huge hit with my 10 year old. There was always something fun going on and we were informed through our app, the cruise TV chanel in our room and announcements. Couldn't have been better.

The ship was beautiful. The windows on the balcony were not clean so my husband cleaned them the best he could so we could see out. The shower vent was filthy. Our refrigerator from the previous guest was never cleaned out. The buffet windows had hand prints all over them.
Cabin / Stateroom

I did not find the balcony to be spacious and we paid extra for that. All the balconies looked the same to me. The rooms are very small when the couch is pulled out. I thought we would get a better room for the extra money we paid.

My husband and I took Norwegian Getaway and we were supposed to have two days at sea and it wounded up being more than that because we couldn't go to our private island due to the weather so we had it worse
Glad you had a good Cruise All In all. The buffet Windows everybody touches there's not much the crew can do who cleans it sometimes unless they do it at night because during the day obviously they can't do it during the day. Maybe they clean it at night.
Your son seems to be very into doing his activities so that was great and that's what it's all about. I've taken Royal three times and the ships that had the flowrider, I did not do nor the water slides.
It's a shame you could not go to the Private Island, but no one can control the weather as you mentioned.
