The cruise was excellent. The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouths was the visit to Costa Maya. I am hoping the cruise line follows up on the investigation of the incident which took place there.

I could not have asked for anything better. The service, food and atmosphere was amazing. Ours waiters, Domnic, Kelvin, Somchai and Steve gave the best of the best in service. Everyone was quite peronable and friendly and never failed to accommodate our needs and wants. These guys make the vacation - a vacation! It's been a long time since we have been that pampered. Thank you sooooo much.
Onboard Activities

We got in the jacuzzi and the pool. We went to the Platinum Theater for shows and had a ball at the disco party in the Promenade. It was a wonderful experience.

My room steward , Engkos, from day 1, was on top of any and everything we needed. He was always available! He was extremely respectful and an all around nice guy.

I love the layout of the ship. It is very diversified. The atrium mall was fantastic.

I've booked this cabin before and loved it. It was large enough for the scooter and had everything we needed, included a sofa and chair.
Ship tip
I would tell everyone to be extremely careful about going into the port of Costa Maya and inform them of the restaurant experience we had there.
