Review summary
Should have learned from past experience. Never again out of Galveston, port, texas taxes & liquor regulations and all the locals are too much. Filthy city with poor hotels near the port. Loyal to Royal, but not out of Galveston. 1400 kids and teenagers with no parental skills to be found was amusing and frustrating all at the same time.Embarkation
