Pretty small but worked. Oka cleaned it twice daily and replenished towels

Ship tip

Do NOT get hurt! The medical staff is ridiculous, specifically Dr. Christine Mukura. She had no idea what she was doing and caused more harm than good.

Worst experience ever. My wife got hurt on the snorkel and sting ray excursion. There wasn’t a first aide kit on the boat and she needed immediate medical attention. The boat captain refused to leave early and didn’t want to provide water to clean her wound. Terrible service

Sorry that you did not receive the care you needed. I was also injured on a recent cruise and the Dr. and nurse were fantastic. Made me comfortable until I was able to go home and get stateside care.

Sorry about your medical experience! Was it a Royal excursion or a private one? If it was a Royal one, I hope you notified guest services and the excursions desk about the lack of medical attention while on the excursion. Hope she is doing better. Thanks for sharing your experience.
