Review summary

This was not our favorite cruise. First, we were disappointed with our cruise director. The entertainment lacked a lot as well as the ice show been below par. I guess we just like the larger ships.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
First, we were required to get an expensive Covid yeast after being vaccinated 4 times. It was a rip off at $109 per person. Then the place didn’t open until 45 minutes past our appointed time to get tested. This is certainly a rip off at this price bi had 4 test kits at home that the government gave us. Couldn’t use those. We were out another 209.00.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
We’re too old for these activities, but we are NOT too old for some good ole entertainment which was lacking on this ship. The ice skating show was very disappointing. The Schooner Bar was an enjoyable experience. Bingi was very disappointing also. They called the numbers too fast.

Center Ice Rink

3 out of 5

Disorganized in letting people in to the show. Ice show very disappointing. If we want to see caeroon characters, we can turn on our tv.

Hard to understand the people we talked with. However, they were very helpful in getting my wife, with broken hip and shattered wrist, off the ship.

you said you were required to get expensive covid test. was this the required test that you can get for free at a drug store two days prior to sailing or were you required to get these expensive ones while on board?

Thanks for the review. Not sure why you had to pay so much for the Covid tests. Most CVS and Walgreens offer them for free. You can also order the home proctored tests for much less.
