Review summary

Great cruise, lots of dining options to choose from. Staff friendly and professional. This was our second time to take this cruise on RC Liberty of the Seas. Ports were fun as well!

Our balcony light never worked. We reported it to our stateroom attendant and it was never fixed. We paid extra as we enjoy sitting out on the balcony at night and never got the chance. Great wait staff in specialty restaurants and main dining room.

Very uncomfortable mattress. The dressing area in our cabin was covered with crumbs when we arrived. A cup of soda spilled on our bed and sheets were never changed.

You can take a 12 pk if sodas on board as well as water bottles.

We purchased an excursion to Blue Hole with lunch for our entire party. We showed up to check in and bus driver never came left all of us standing in parking lot with no explanation so we had to purchase an additional excursion that was still available. After we returned I spent a good deal of time on phone trying to get reimbursed.
