Review summary

All of the staff were friendly and acted like they enjoyed their jobs. It is a great itinerary. The ship isn't to big and is easy to get around but there are plenty of spaces to get away from the crowds. I also like that there were lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax depending on whether you wanted to be in the middle of all the action or in more serene area to just listen to the waves. Highly recommend the spacious balcony room if traveling with more than 2 people. The extra space made a hug difference in our stay especially the extra space on the balcony.

The ship was a great size. Not to big but we didn't feel like we were on top of other people all the time either. Lots of places to sit and relax without feeling like you had to fight for a chair.

The Ice show was very good. I was impressed with all of the entertainment.

The staff were friendly and kind but they never did what was advertised for activities. My son was disappointed that although they advertised science and other activities for the session, they ended up playing the same games. It felt like a very safe space and again the staff were very kind and friendly.

Our cabin was a great size (Spacious Balcony Room). It is an older ship so it shows but it was super clean.
