Service from all of the ship's staff was phenomenal! Special mention to Waiter Jose in the Botticelli Dining Room (Table 568) and to Bartender Roberta at the Casino bar - full of energy and customer service talents!

Layout made it easy to maneuver around. All areas were clean and well maintained.

Fantastic! Even though we were on the lowest deck (Deck 2), the ride was smooth. Size of the cabin (2648) was almost overwhelming....and even though it was approaching outdated status, was clean and comfortable.

Only 1 excursion - the Sea Trek SNUBA Helmet Dive - fantastic! We are still owed a refund for 1 person being disqualified for the dive.

Great place - excursion was the Ultimate Tour - Bobsled, Zipline, and Dunn's River Falls (and a lunch during the excursion). we had a weather cancellation for 3 people on the zipline portion, but have not received any status on a promised refund.
